It’s been twenty years since Blue October released their platinum-selling record Foiled, featuring the hits “Hate Me,” and “Into the Ocean,” and the band is celebrating by launching three special vinyl releases, arriving May 29 via Republic/UMe.
The Foiled Anniversary Edition is available in three distinct versions:
Foiled 2LP, newly remastered on 180-gram black vinyl, featuring a gatefold jacket and fold-out lyric insert
Foiled Deluxe 2LP, pressed on smoky translucent vinyl
Foiled 2LP Limited Edition, pressed on silver marble vinyl. This is the only version that features exclusive bonus tracks— including an acoustic recording of the platinum-certified “Hate Me”– and two rare remixes of “X Amount of Words.”

The band will also embark on a world tour this fall, performing the album in full, with U.S. dates beginning October 22nd in Abilene, TX and concluding December 19th in Houston, TX. Tickets are on sale at the link below!
Also to mark the 20th anniversary, Blue October has filmed a brand new music video for the standout track, “Congratulations,” which they will premiere tonight on YouTube at 5 pm PT/7 pm CT with a live Q&A with the band.
