On June 25, 2018, Geoff Tate, the former leads singer for Queensryche brought the Operation: Mindcrime 30th Anniversary Tour to The Variety Playhouse. As a part of his settlement with his former band, he alone is allowed to perform Operation: Mindcrime in its entirety.
